Had to update my old dock icons myself, since there werent any new icons on Deviantart.. Please if anyone knows a good site for customizing resources etc, then tell me   PS. Icons look kinda bad on the screenshot, actually they arent.

Try saving screenshots as PNG, which is a lossless image format. JPG are very lossy so you'll get a lot of artefacts (the pixelation you see around the more gradient-based portions of the screenshot) and you'll lose a lot of the quality of the screenshot. PNG
