Uruguay pretty much cheated a win and there is no respect for them from me. Suares punched the ball off the line with his hand which could have sealed that game (That alone was enough) but then I guess the pressure got to the penalty taker and he over shot it.

Uruguay are dirty cheaters blech. :rant:

Because the initial shot was going in ALL DAY LONG, if you look at the replay the only thing between it and the goal was Suarez's hand thats why he got a red, but the fact that it saved Uruguay makes them cheating fcks.

If you score with your hand and referee sees it = yellow card

If you avoid a goal in your own goal using your hand (and you aint the goalkeeper) = red card get + penalty.

And yes I am well aware of the rules and the fact that he got a red card and a penalty was awarded but it does not take away from the fact that if Suarez didnt pretend goalkeeper that would have been a goal.

No one is arguing this, hun. Everyone knew that ball was going in. And even tho he knew the consequences of stopping the ball with his hand, he didnt care at all and yet he did it. And look what happened next.

Any other player would chose to do the same action given the oportunity and situation.
Its the rules of the game, if ya cant handle them you should go watch golf... or some other less exciting sport.
