Ok I'm still saying he's not in the picture because at no point can she be 21 years older and he is 5 times younger.

The only time she is 21 years older and he is 5 times younger the son would have to be -6 years old.

Which makes her 15 when she has this kid and the father is in jail
It makes sense for a riddle but I didn't bother going into negatives until you replied.

I have to be doing something wrong or extra then. Because now she would be 20.25 when she has this kid. Which now seems irrelevant to the whereabouts of the father.
Unless the answer is now College or something stupid like that O.o

He knew by, him being being one of the kids, knowing that his sister is a blonde and is talking about their family.

And, the age of the girls is, 6 ?
