No, there is a difference between common sense and stereotyping.

Now tell me, is this common sense or a stereotype: All asians are good at math.

Same rules apply to your theory of "EURO CARS PWN ALL ZOMG."

No. Euro parts cost WAY more than American car parts. Even the smallest bits are overpriced to the max.

For example, a new clutch kit on an Audi A4 will cost you $1300 JUST for the parts. But on an American car for example, a new clutch for a Ford will go around $300-400 and thats just STOCK OEM replacement.

But to my knowledge some european, especially german cars, so Audi, are extremely more reliable therefore saving money anyway.

Recently they have really upped their game, kudos to them for that. German engines need constant maintenance, and Audi's tranny's are known to **** up as little as 60k miles. They need constant replacements such as new engine belt, new clutch, etc. Sure those need to be replaced eventually, but they get replaced sooner than expected on compared to those of Japanese cars or even American cars.

Um, where is this VW clutch? From the junkyard for a 70's beetle?

The GT500 is the top end Racing version mustang. You basically just compared a Ferrari to a Honda Civic, congratulations, you know nothing of cars and you proved it for me.

edit: and even then, the stock racing GT500 clutch is cheaper than the A4 clutch.

Muscle cars and most American cars with huge engine is just for show, collectible. Like Harly Davidson for example. But for everyday use and economical, environmental friendly.. they are the worst. I used to live in a country that drive on the left, so most are American cars and oh boy.. one car can tow an elephant easy. Go the market, i need 2 car parks. The only reliable are Japanese-American made car like Lexus or Honda.

I'm not hating, this is the truth. I've driven in 3 countries i've seen many cars and I have own more than one car.

European = Quality, not simplicity, pricey.

Japanese = Best of both world really, with extra $ you get Quality if not, you get simplicity, economy and affordability

American = Cool, Iconic Muscle cars.

Germans and British are the only ones in the whole world that are able to make good cars.

I mean just look at Mercedes or BMW, those cars are just brilliant!

qft.

As for economy, it all depends on how you drive. Heck, you can get 19 MPG in a Prius if you tried. If i'm slow on the throttle with my car, I can usually rack up to 30 mpg's highway and 20 city. It isn't near civic territory, but it is respectable.

New ones, yes. I especially adore the DB9 from Aston Martin.. But such companies as TVR ruin the British name in the automotive industry. Actually the only good British car company I can currently think of off the top of my head is Aston Martin..

in term in repairing european cars are more expensive but thats because the quality is better deal with it bitch

japanese cars last longer but a suzuki doesnt last as long as a toyota

but all in all dont worry about it even if american cars suck its not their fault you can make any car better just by maintaining it by yourself

Ford doesnt sell because nobody NEEDS a *****ing F-150 if you have a F-150 and you dont do construction you have a small p3nis its mathmatically tested by us asians who obviously are good at math lol

no matter how many awards you give a ford they wont sell if noone NEEDS that crap of a car same goes with GM and their garbage of a cadillac unless the owners of the company understands those basic ideals they wont Farking sell and thats why AMERICAN CAR COMAPNIES SUCK

do you guys think its a good idea to bail them out? They screwed up at the management level, its their fault. I don't know how $25 billion is going to make them better leaders.

The government will no way let GM go bankrupt. GM has to appeal more to the average Prius driving consumer these days.

Their solution is this: http://www.chevrolet.com/electriccar/

Hopefully that will bring them back.
