I used to fall asleep during the day after I got home from school.
Which made it harder to goto sleep at night.
If this is your case, just stay up during the day. =D

i've had this problem hundreds of times..best way for me was simply not to sleep one day..by the next night im soo sleepy by 7-8pmish that i sleep easily ;D. So my sleeping schedule is reset ^_^

guys i need help too..

i dont go to sleep til 2am.. and i dont wake up til 2pm...
i cant go to sleep til 2am...
and even when i wake up at 2 im still tired...
what do i do icant go to sleep early and my mom has already kicked me out cuz i dont wake up til the afternoon(i came back) lol

You should be more active during the day. I always get this restlessness in long vacations where I don't go to bed until the AM and don't wake up before 2PM. When I do more shit, I automatically get more rest from my sleep for some reason.
