the light from the television will cause your body to resist your natural melatonin. if you are having trouble sleeping, go to walmart and buy a bottle of melatonin. its made from plants, its harmless. get the 3 mill dosage and take 1 pill. youll drift off in no time, but you may be a lil groggy the first day or two until you get used to it. 5 bucks a bottle and its buy the vitamins and supplements.
