It's not what you say, but how you say it.
I've been called racial epithets by people of various races before, and every time I hate the fact they're using such words, but how I react depends solely on myself & the relationship had with the individual in context of why they're saying it.
If some random person yelled out at me calling me a *****, yea, I'd say that's pretty damn racist, regardless of what race they were in that situation. Though, if said person was my friend and they jokingly said it, I'd ease up about them saying it and wouldn't consider that really racist.
I don't care to control what people say, say whatever you want (not directed at anyone), just know what you're saying and the possible reactions to such things and realize not everyone thinks alike...
