here in england were getting a law so you cant smoke in public places, or places that sell food and drink

I think non-smokers should worry about their own shit though. Honestly, smokers don't care what you think about their habits. They'll quit when they feel like it, if they can manage.

That shit pisses me off. Smoking does not change your personality, for Yevon's sake. It does not make you a lesser person. Too many people are prejudiced against smokers. That's why so many smokers are stuck up.

I don't smoke anymore though. Not cigarettes.

No, as it's fairly easy to leave or walk away when it's an open area. However, closed areas are different. I don't think smoking should be allowed in closed public areas (as in public libraries). Some places have banned smoking in general public, which has began to worry me even though I'm not a smoker.

I think that the owner of whatever place should decide what goes on in there. Bar owner doesn't want people smoking? Fine. Bar owner doesn't care if people smoke? That's fine too. I don't think that the government should have to step in and ban things like that.

oh and the law here is that you can't smoke in public building by law or within 10meters (30feet) of any entrance to them. this includes all restaurants and schools Etc.

oh and I'm against it, if you want to smoke in your house or yard, fine but don't do it where other people use the space
