(btw, i am chinese, and yes, i am proud to be chinese)

its a great country for all who havent visted

there are MANY MANY MANY seneries that you can visit, from huge mountains to emperial palaces, as a chinese who was born and raised in china, i still have many famous places that i want to visit

but not necessarily that great of a country for those who live there:

1) students (grade 10-12) need to study ateast 6hrs straight each day sometimes even to 1am in the morning, im not shitting you, parents/teachers are so strict, they can beat u up

2) government is corrupted, if you want something done, you need a link(eg, friend) and money

3) air pollution / food posioning, the fact is many of the fishes in the chinese rivers that were once edible are now no longer edible and many live stocks such as pig, are contaminated (<--- not sure what the word is ther)

besides those, china is actually a peaceful country, (great food and women ^^) (atleast the place where i lived), why? there are no guns in markets, you cant buy them (legally) and people are sentenced to death for murder, drugs etc

changzho its close to shanghai, about 2 hr drive, <-- i remembered that cuz on that day we drive 2 hrs to shanghai to get a flight to canada lol

its a shame that i still havent visited the great wall of china

on the other hand china has a more patient-friendly hospital/health care system than canada. in canada most surgeries would have a long lineup, some even goes on for like a year or so. but in china if u got the money (typical middle class), then u can get the surgery almost immediately if it's that serious.

and trust me, u don't need that much money to do things in china, u only need good connection (although most of the time good connection brings u money).

then you get called up to pay doctor fees

then you get called to doctor and finally gets checked up
now you got to pay inscription fees
then you go to the hospital pharmacy thing
wait in line to pay hospital fee
then wait
then you pay for your medicine inscription.
then your done

where as where i live:
family doctor wait

pay
pharmacy
