I have hereditary heart problems, and a bad right ankle. Basically, it forces me to work out every day; which is probably good, otherwise I wouldn't be in the shape i'm in.
I haven't taken my weight in a long time, but i'm 5'11.

well actually this thread is retarded cause you can compare height/weight to know if someone is fat or not, since muscle weight alot more than body fat someone could be shaped and weight more then a sofa king

there is always the thing where u grip the skin on different part of your body and measure it (dunno what's the right word in english so imma tell it in french so somsoen could translate )
tu pinces la peau à différents endroit : poignet, cuisse, ventre, omoplate. et tu mesure l'épaisseur de la peau avec un outil spécial qui ressemble a une sorte de compas
