no honor in defending something you don't believe in. No point in dying for a cause you don't support. The American people don't want to be in this war. The American Politicians do. The Army is meant to defend the people. The Army is being used as tools of the Gov't. Believe me when i say i feel for every life we've lost over there not because it was lost (people die all the time) but because they didn't die defending their people, they died fighting for corrupt politicians. To me when all the smoke is clear thats all thats left. History will write this war much like it writes Vietnam now, a governments war where the people suffer.

If you don't support or believe in your country, but you remain there, you're a parasite. You can't sit there and tell me that our soldiers are at fault for wanting to do something nobody else will.

At this point we aren't even at "war." The only people who believe that are the morons who watch Fox news every night when they're between celebrity scandal reports on CNN. Right now we're trying to get Iraq back on its feet so we can leave the damn place. War isn't some jackass killing himself and innocent civilians every other week or someone else leaving IED's on the road for us to drive on. It's bullshit. We aren't still fighting through the streets of Fallujah killing insurgents, we're trying to get some kind of government formed so they can do their own policing and take care of their own damn problems. While in the meantime our troops are busy rebuilding and cleaning up the shit that we did while doing pretty much everything they can against what's left of the insurgency.

Until things are stable enough to leave, then we will. Right now it's our mess to clean up.

I wonder what would become of Iraq if US pulled out. Survival of the fittest lulz.
