one more thing, nerdy glasses are in, so if you look cool wearing one, then you should just wear nerdy glasses.

I said not to use one, because i normally get small little fibers from the towel stuck to my contacts, and the smallest little thing will hurt.
+1 to pressing on your eye a little; its a good idea, because it'll get any air between the contact and the eye out.

i don't use a towel to dry my hands when I'm putting on my contacts, i use paper towels.

ffs cant get them in! i dont know what to do... once i put it on my eye it wont come off... and if i try n blink to get it off... it like comes off my eye and lays below it...

Just practise. If it keeps failing to back to the eye doctor and ask for tips or something. Some teach you how to put them in too.

To get them out, use your thumb and index finger and carefully get them out. Wash hands before though.
