hey, for anyone that took the AP Euro, how did you think you did? also how did you friends think they did? the only reason im asking is to see how good most people did overall, not just at my school.

wats the advantage of that AP? The fact that you can have ~30 credits removed from your workload? Maybe it is cost effective as well...$84 test vs $700 class. The AP courses trim down the need for your core classes during your freshman and sophomore years, so you can start working towards your major sooner. It is only good if you learn what you need to in your AP Class. My AP Calc class didn't teach limits but I did make a 4 on the exam which would have given me credit. I decided not to take the credit and to take calc 1 in college. I am so glad I made that choice. But also, I took AP Chem and got credit for college and decided to accept the credit which meant that I didn't have to take any chem. My recommendation would be to take credit for AP classes that you wont need a second/third/etc level for. You can take AP classes that you will have a second/third/etc level but just think of them as practice.

At the time, he was a 15-year-old student struggling to find online resources to aid in studying for his AP exams. In 2002, using his frustration as a catalyst to come up with a solution, he created the Web site... It became an instant hit. Course-Notes.Org

(AP and non-AP.) @Morgoth: It wasn't that bad; some of the multiple choice was really random and I had no clue on it. And the essays that I picked were already given to us on school tests/homeworks. (except for the DBQ, wasn't expecting anything past 70's on essays though.) @woutR: I'll take that as a compliment.

U.S. education is run by state governments. That should explain everything.

Vandall wrote: @woutR: I'll take that as a compliment. I wouldn't. If you're smart there is no challenge because it has to be doable for the average person (=IQ 100) so you have to take AP tests which are only like what? Once a year? You would have to be retarded to not pass this system with flying colors. The fact that there are many straight A kids really shows it's elementary school all over.
