A good biology class will involve a lot of chemistry. The beginning of biology is pure chemistry, in fact, as you try to learn all the macromolecules and the properties of water and the enzyme kinetics. The chemistry will become less intense later because of more emphasis on the organismal rather than the molecular.
Chemistry has nothing of biology. However, you'll probably be asked to learn several functional groups that you have to learn in biology like the ketones and some amino acids.
Personally, I would go with biology, since you can't escape chemistry. It's more cyclical, also.
