Why water and invisibility? Tsunamis can also be created by earth with the help of a nice earthquake. And lightning ain't one of the 4 basic elements. Closest would be air imo. Besides there's more to the weather than just lightning. Air and water would serve better purposes. Teleportation and lightning? Healing and reviving the dead with the use of lightning? You do realise that Frankenstein was a fiction creature.

Fire symbolise the war, for someone who is bad-tempered, who get angry easily. That's not my type.
I'd choose air: - can fly to anywhere in the world - fire cant survive without air / wind kills fire => air > fire - cause cyclone, cyclone cause electric, lightning. And with enough energy we can create a time machine.
Why water and invisibility? You would be able to change yourself into vapor and the gas you create is able to distinguish itself from the other gases around you. Tsunamis can also be created by earth with the help of a nice earthquake. Yeah that would be benefit of both earth and water. but earthquakes are more destructive yet tsunamis kill more people.

Teleportation and lightning? I was always thinking of manipulating lightning to create static charges in the air and be able to move wherever you create the static charges. But thats really unrealistic. Healing and reviving the dead with the use of lightning? You do realise that Frankenstein was a fiction creature. I meant bringing people back to life after they died cause you know people use those things to shock people and try to get their heart beating thats why theres a 50% chance. Not like try and bring a person back to life after they are long dead.

Im not talking about breating, but atmospheric pressure. A body can maintain stable because the interior pressure and exterior pressure are the same (with the help of air).
Try to put a small ballon or an insect in a bottle. Then take off all the air inside and watch it explodes. If u do it too slow, it will leak air but not explode.
And if u extract oxygen from water, water is no more water. It become oxygen and and hydrogen. Therefore the main thing u need is still air.

Wind/air > water : create cyclone, no wind no wave on the sea, use water to create its own energy (rain, lightning), strong electric and wind could break H2O into O2 and some other shits.
Air > fire : no oxygen no fire, fire = high temperature = high movement speed of gaz (gaz/air same thing)
Air > earth : even though earth could make a wall to stop wind, but in earth's body, there are bunches of holes that air could go through.
