All that you need is a concealed cam to catch her in the act with that other teacher, then make several copies of the vid. Then confront only her about it and tell her that if she does not give you(whatever you want,reasonable offcourse) you will leak the information to outside sources who will upload it onto the Internet. She will be screwed either way since she can't tell anyone else about it without risking her job and credibility as a Teacher.

Keep the pressure on and maybe sooner or later you might get lucky, most likely she will just go with your demands as to not lose her job. (Not that hard of a choice to make right?)
