For people that normally dont eat/drink stuff with much sugar or caffine in it, yeah it would do alot. But for people that do alot it doesn't work. Just tastes good

If you have a fast metabolism, (usually) it wont hurt you to drink loads of energy drinks a day because you burn the sugar pretty quickly.'

Well, just the sheer amount probably isn't the best thing for you. A can of Monster has 200 calories in it. 10 cans, therefore, would be 2000 calories.
On top of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and any snacks you might have in between, it's probably not the healthiest thing for you to be doing, no matter what your age or weight is.

i never use them
my idea is if my body cant naturally do something on its own without a stimulant, then i shouldnt do it.
In all my swim competitions, soccer games, and volleyball games, i never drink any type of energy drink

) your body doesnt know what to do, then one by one your organ fails and you could die.

But about energy drink, drinking too much isnt too good. like if you drink to much milk or calcium source you will develop kidney stones.

dang. Of most of the food I eat I don't really check out the nutritional value and ingredients, since I don't gain any fat. But this is another smack in the face that I should.
