Use to smoke a while back on the regular but then I stopped been about 2-3 years now I think.

Smoked a lot of weed when I was in college once or twice a week about 10 years ago...

But now I'll probably drink about once or twice a week..

Only alcohol sometimes, beer only at parties, and occasionally a joint. This thread made me wanna smoke one >.<;

I usually smoke on weekends or with friends. Other than that I'm set. Always curious to see what shrooms would be like however..

Play too many sports to consider doing that crap.

Doing pot is not a sin, it's a choice. Staying off of it or staying on it are fine, but pot smokers who wear it like a badge (read: cannot refrain from putting sigs/avatars/pictures/names related to drugs) need to grow up. On the other hand, people who have never tried it and speak as if it were aids, need to gtfo as well.

The people in these two extremes are too inexperienced or immature to talk about it casually.

I went through my BawliN420hi4lyfe phase when I was 15. I grew out of it and now I only smoke pot once and a while when i'm sitting around with friends playing cards or watching a movie. Now, most of the time I drink, which I find to be much more dangerous. I also smoke cigarettes when I need to calm down or just relax.

It's a choice, not a cardinal sin.

I don't have to smoke cigarettes to know it kills you eventually. I don't have to smoke to realize if i did i'd be no better than my no good loser brother who is failing out of HS and was recently brought up on drug charges. Are there ppl who smoke every day of their lives and live to be 80+, yes. Are there ppl who smoke pot every once and a while and are fine, yes. But it doesn't change the fact that pot, like alcohol, and cigarettes is an unhealthy way to relieve stress or offer a temporary escape from reality and I think there are much better ways of doing that. If you honestly need your joint every once in awhile to just mellow out thats fine but don't excuse it like its not habit forming and you haven't formed a slight dependency on it otherwise you wouldn't be doing it because i know potheads and i know how much they honestly love to get high.

hey buddy you obviously have no idea about pot. first of all it is a non addictive substance, and is probobly less dangerous for somone to smoke pot a few times a day then to sit on your asss playing sro and overeating.

if your only knowlage about drugs is from your mommy or your dare officer then you probobly dont have room to make any valid points on drugs.

i smoke pot whenever i feel like it, that could mean 3-5 times in a day, or somtimes i go 2 months w/o it if i need to save cash or just dont feel like it. i also do shrooms on occasion and guess what, i have a job im in college and im not addicted to anything.

hmm is pot realy that unhealthy of an escape from reality, what about one fairly unhealthy escape from reality which everyone on this forum has done. videogames and more particularly mmorpgs yea i said it. mmorpgs alow people to take on roles and do things that they probobly wouldnt do in their ordinarly lives, while sitting on their ass grinding for hours a day and eating shitty food. so i dont get your point. Personaly i dont smoke weed to escape from reality, i just love the act of smoking with freinds and the way it makes me feel pretty good, and you know what its a more natrual method than playing an mmorpg.

plz don't start comparing video games to pot. They have as much in common as a Doberman and a Chihuahua. There are similarities but they are on completely different levels. There are ppl who play mmo's sparingly and don't down nacho and fritos while they're doing it. You know those ppl that took 2 years to get to lvl 70, its probably because they didn't play all the time. There are different degrees to playing video games. Smoking pot is smoking pot. If you due it in in any kind of regular way and even if you do it in an irregular way its still smoking pot. That feel good you get a high and that is the escape im talking about. Just because your not clinically depressed and smoking is your way out doesn't change the fact that getting high or drunk is a way to escape reality by chemically altering ones perspectives of the world around them. IF smoking weed didn't get you high i doubt if alot of ppl would do it, they'd just be puffing in and out non-addictive acrid smoke that won't do anything but make them look like shit and increase there appetite.

if videogame werent fun I doubt people would sit and play them to increase the size of their butt.

since when was solo grinding gaining 1exp every 20 kills with a 9 level gap because your farming considered fun?

That was 2 years ago and now I smoke every once in a while on parties or on evenings when I chill with my friends. Occasional drink in the pub, and I smoke.

Besides that I havn't planned on doing anything else.

Here's another qeustion.. what do you people think of people of the opposite sex (or same sex, if you're funny that way) who do drugs?
For me a little bit is a turn off but I don't really care *too* much.. a lot is like.. get the **** outta here b1tch.

I hate the smell of smoke except for the cigarettes my aunt used to smoke. I guess it brings back memories of my childhood
I could buy one of those damn things you plug in to smell up your house that smelled like her cigarettes if it existed. I swear they didn't smell like all the other cigarettes they smelled good.. but they didn't have any flavor or anything, I don't knwo what it was about them.
