als the vid you posted has nothing to do with curling, because his technique is sh1t and doesn't train his biceps at all. alot of people, i think you too, believe the weight is the most important thing in fitness. but it's not, it's the technique. it's better if you curl 10kg with the right technique then to curl 30 kg with the wrong technique. and only a very few people really know to do the exercises the right way. there are like 300/400 people training at the gym I go to, but I've only seen like 10-15 people that do the exercises the right way. I used to do them the wrong way too, until I learned how to do them the right way. you wouldn't believe how much and how fast I gained muscles after doing that.
