OT: Yeah ... its sick ... This reminded me on show I watched two days ago on Discovery Channel about Dog-Town (or pet town) ... group of people from USA are collecting abandoned and beaten dogs... (why did I just said that?)

Someone who was mentally ill most likely, they must of kept it away for a considerable amount of time before letting it go, no way could a dog get into a state like that in the wild by it's own accord. It's owner must of been a coward, the only people who would do that are ill minded.

I've seen Far more worst, and the dog really need to die. i believe if it can speak i guess its crying out "why should i suffer, why wont you kill me directly?!".
