I almost had that happen to me. Couldn't see for a day or so...scary stuff.

My biggest fear is probably dying not doing what I wanted to do in life. Get married, have kids, see the world, grow old...ect

And I know why I'm afraid of them, when I was a kid they put it in my head that when they sting you, you die (even though thats what usually happens) and I still can't get rid of my fear of hornets :/

Not achieving goals that I have had ever since I have started to dream of them. I also fear of having to do something that you do not want to do it in the first place, like being drafted into a war you don't want to be in. *All depends on if the war is worth fighting though...*

there is a book on this, its not true, but its kind of what would happen, i think it was during vietnam i guy steps on a mine gets his legs and arms blown off, and his face to kinda, so he cant see or hear or talk. and so he trys to communicate by banging his head against the wall in morose code. and thats all i know, im suppose to read it for class later this year.

in an unrealistic world:

alone in the world surrounded by mobs of monster/creatures/zombies/unkillable things, which jumps out at your and tear you to pieces at an instant

In general Solo PvE is not for me XD

in a real world:

probably the feeling of love onces being condemned to hell because of my lacking will is probably scariest for me

or knowing I saw something weird in the corner and the anticipation of something is gonna jump out behind me.
