For my mom's bday we're going to Hawaii. (wtf? Hawaii in February?) i have two monthes befoere we leave, and i was hoping to get back into shape before we leave. i've cut my eating habbits down to like, 2 apples and a bananna a day. I have a gym membership but i haven't been in a long time, and some times i ride my bike a few miles. Anyone got some tips on how i can get back into shape and what i can do at the gym that builds muscle? Thx

there's a work out program call P90X, go google that up.
its suppose to give you nice muscles in 30 days, you can watch some real results on youtube too
muscles in 2 months? depend on what shape you're at right now, if you're bloated like a balloon, sorry man 2 months is just too short, if you just got a bit extra on the side and belly, yes you still have a chance to have at least a 4 pack in 2 months.
but you really really gotta get your act together in the next 2 months.

I'm not really fat... just a few pounds over weight... I race dirt bikes so i stay in fair shape doing that. I haven't had as much free time as i used to, so i can't work out as much. I'm gonna try to make free time and i'll look into that 90X thing.
There's a few good basic yet effective workouts you can do without the use of weights.
Crunches: Do 100 of these a day. In a set's like this, 34-33-33. No weak crunches either...make em count
Push ups: Excellent for working out your upper body. do like 20-30 *or how ever many you can* every other day. Remember the slower you do them the better.
Chin ups: This is pretty much the best workout you can do. It works your upperbody, your abs, everything. Do a few of these every other day along with your push ups.
Go running on the days you don't do push ups or chin ups. Don't go biking unless it's up hill the whole way.

I'm at school. My phone has internet so i'm posting on my phone.
umm for basketball conditioning I did around 2-3 miles every morning before school and another 3 miles around 9PM but it didnt really help me build muscle just made me more sleepy
if u want muscle ur best bet is to do a shit load of crunches but dont count it just do as much as u can if u dont think of the number u do more than normal (from my experience probably different for others though)

Just try to play some sport. I use to get a bit over my weight while im at colege, since dont do much, reading/sleeping/drinking easy to put some weight. Im usually before summer break about 100kg(nah im not fat im 196cm tall ) but when I come home I play basketball a lot and swimm a lot, 2-3 hours on river and some 2-3 on basketball each day make me loose 10kg in month. But riding bike is also actually very good, you will loose weight definetly. But 30min per day wont do it.

My abs went from flabby to 6 pack after like 3 weeks. And u need to do vigorous excercises. Get your ass off that chair you're sitting right now soldier. Go do some sit/push ups.
