i really want to know how many fat ppl play silkroad so im making a poll to find out...
If you consider yourself as being fat or have a big belly then u are fat but also plz also if you can reply with your height and weight so its better cuz i dont wanna see the poll full of anarexic ppl that think theyre fat... so ya plz answer!!! 
an if u weigh more than 300 pounds... plz read...

Well, last time I checked...
Age: 16
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 120lbs
BMI: 18.2
Body Fat: 6%
Fat Tissue: 7lbs
Lean Tissue: 113lbs
Looking at it now, I figure I ought to go to the gym and put on ~10lbs of muscle.

sadly I admit I am now over weight
age: 20
5'6 220lbs
that used to be muscle untill i screwed my knee up weight lifting then after a year and a half of no working out or much activity i'm just a lump, and my muscle is gone.
I squated 500 lbs, once (lol if you didn't catch that, i hurt my knee doing that) god why did i have to try to break my record
well my knee had problems from before because i was hit by a car, but i wasn't going to let that hold me back, of course if you push yourself too far you're likely to break yourself
i used to be pretty packed, now i'm ashamed of how pathetic I am

Dont feel that way foudre  . See a physio if you hvnt already. Seriously, they could work magic and help you. Its never too late.

Dont sweat it, i understand how you feel though. Broke my elbow and had to have surgery on it. Not suppose to lift weights or anything but i still curl alot. Makes it pop and crack and pull but im not quitting for it
