okay what are some ways to gamble and have the odds really in your favor? one thing i heard of is in blackjack u can count cards but how the fck does that work? and any other techniques for other games too?

Agreed. The concept of counting cards seems rather easy, I've just never really sat down and tried to figure it out.

Gamble 1 on black.
Win -> Gamble 1 on Red.
Lose -> Gamble 2 on black.
Win -> Gamble 1 on black.
Lose -> Gamble 4 on black.

Keep doubling if you lose.. go back to 1 if you win.

You slowly go up in money unless its fixed where they'll eventually make i so you keep losing until you get to the limit.

And its illegal in casinos as far as i know.

It's illegal no matter where you do it. Counting cards will get you kicked out of a casino...I know.

(as long as it's illegal in the state or country where you gamble...if they have any questions about whether you are card counting or not, they will err on their side and kick you out.)

Red / black - 50/50 chance. If it goes on other colour you double your bet and bet the same colour again.

it's legal to count cards in your head no matter where in the US u are. show me proof where it's illegal.

Actually the basic theory of counting cards is rather easy. But it will only give you a few % advantage over the house, so dont expect to go home rich.

<shrug> Show me proof that it's legal at a casino, just pick a specific one. You think they're stupid? They might as well put up a sign stating "Don't think". And man, it's fun to ask a dealer what to do when you know how to play.

Sure you can count cards in your head. The second you consistently get on a winning streak, they'll start looking at you carefully. If you constantly win when you go to a casino and play, they'll really look at you.

To be specific: You can count cards in your head all you want, I do. But you better lose sometimes too. The casinos will eventually throw you out. Simple as that. I've heard of card counting people getting arrested for "creating a disturbance".

The simplest strategy to keep in the clear is to just double your bet every time in a game where you have like 50% win chance.

Counting cards is illegal btw. Casino's have the right to reject anyone they want so it doesn't even matter if it's illegal or not. If they suspect something but can't prove you're gonna get kicked out.

Yes, getting caught counting cards can result in you getting kicked out.

However, using any device to do so is illegal. I only did a brief update on research so it looks like in New Jersey, they cannot detain you or throw you out for card counting, whereas in Nevada they *can* throw you out. It's based on the law - private property, they are the landowner, they can throw you out for anything they please within the law.

Same here in Minnesota where the Indians run the casino. It is their land, they can do what they want on it, within the laws of the county and state (i.e. they cannot serve alcohol in a "dry" county") Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense...

the trick is easy, but it's hard to stay counting, as the are being dealt quite fast.

Doubling when you lose is bad, that's how you grow a hole. The amount you bet also sky rockets at every hand.

Counting cards is legal, but Casino's have the right to kick anyone out at their discretion, and will do so with card counters. But even then, card counting isn't that great. You still have to pay money while counting and it only gets interesting if you have a lot of money when the cards are right - good luck not getting kicked out or having enough cash in hand.

Making money at the Casino is simple. Take $50 and put it somewhere. When you win pocket the money, when you reach $50 worth of losses you leave the table. Hopefully you make >50 before you lose <50. Leave the Casino and come back later.

You want to make loads of money? Risk your money and hope for the best, there's no trick to luck.

There's always small money to be made at the Casino. The problem is self discipline. People make small money then spend tons more going for the big prize. That's where you get caught.

I love the people trying to pass it off like they know all the tricks about making money at the casino despite not being old enough to set foot in the place. You're not the only ones that have seen 21 and have access to google.
