The speed at which fire consumes a flammable substance is significantly faster then the speed at which it would burn through those suits. Not to mention that the fire would not have enough burn time to cause a physical burn to the skin of the spectators before the surrounding people got involved. The biggest idiot is the Firefighter. He should know that flames ignited on liquid substances stay attached to the liquid substances, so widely throwing you're arms around will only launch the fire in random directions. And I laughed at his effort to preserve face to give off the illusion he's still in control, but still feels the need to shower the spectators. What if someone got hit in the face with that burning substance due to his irresponsible behavior? That man, woman or child would be scarred for life. I thought firefighters were supposed to contain the fire.

Someone should give him a bowl filled with seeds and ditch him in a field somewhere, because he obviously chose the wrong profession.

Couldnt agree more.
What the hell were they doing anyway? Firefighters lighting wood on fire using highly flammable liquids when there are a crowd of people there - What possible reason could be given for such irrisponsible actions?

I think the goal was to show the spectators the skill of the local fire dpt. or something along those lines(beacuse there was a camera crew/news station there) however he didn't go a good job =P.

EDIT: watch with sound, it's a fire saftey exhibition.

I think he threw the bottle because he was panicing. We all know that when we panic we act fast and sometimes don't think about our actions. So yea he wasn't thinking straight. I kind of felt sorry for him dunno y.

Lawl, he shouldn't be in that kind of situation. He's a damn professional igniting what was supposed to be a controlled burn. He failed at it. He fails. Fail.
