Guys can you help me with finding name of a movie that i watched 10~11 years ago...

Movie was about a little girl who got a pencil, not a random pencil cause when she drawing a house, that house was dawning in Real life too.. i think it was American movie not sure too.. i hope you get enough information..

Hard to find a movie when all we know is:

1) About a girl with a pencil
2) Pencil isn't a normal pencil

There used to bis this cartoon where this little boy had a purple crayon and he could draw things to go to another world..
The in like 2005 I think it was, a show called Chalk Zone appeared in Nickelodean appeared that followed the same plot.
