I just saw this movie, I haven't read the book, but the movie was ridiculously weird.
I had watched the movie with someone who read* the book, so I understood, but the movie was just ridiculous?
Anyone else see it?

I have the book and have tried to read it before. It's unbearable.

I heard it's good though.

I watched the movie when I was about 10. It was like a bad dream, didn't really make sense.

When you were 10. HAHA. That would mess me up as a kid. It really is like a bad dream, with a lot of phallic references.

Now that's the best movie i've ever seen. I always recommend it to my friends and then they say...exactly this...

haha, some people find it boring, and it's ok with that. But to me it's epic! I've the dvd, poster, vhs, and soundtrack!

The book is way different btw.

Best book I've ever read. I have seen half of the movie but it's nothing compared to the book.
