I started watching this show yesterday on BBC on demand and wow I was amazed the show was actually pretty good.
The only thing was that there was a Dr.Who where there was this guy and a red headed girl called Amy (episode 1)

And the other episode was ANOTHER Dr.Who who was on Mars and no one was allowed to drink the water.

Are there more than one series with Dr.Who?

Which is the more recent one??
This is on BBC America, I am confuzzled
From what I've seen this series is actually pretty funny :3.

Also Amy is H-A-W-T

I can't even remember how many transformations there are anymore. They do that every time they change actors.

I've been watching Dr. Who for years off and on. Google Tom Baker. He was the best imho.

Yeah, the Doctor changing is a convenient plot device when they want to switch actors. There are a lot of social issues addressed in various ways too. It's kinda like the British Star Trek.

My favorite "companion" was Rose Tyler, they developed that one very well.

Been watching since the new series started back in 2005. The one w/ Amy pond is the most recent season.

Doctor Who is an awesome show.

I love David Tennant and think he is the best Doctor by far.

Dr who has been going on for many years, probably long before all of you were born, even long before I was born. I think there has been 10 or 11 doctors in total.

The doctor is a time lord and he travels in time and space, he is over 900 years old and if one body dies he will regenerate another body.
