I'm trying to download songs into my sister's iPod Touch. The problem is, for some reason, it's not being detected by iTunes 8 at all and it's being shown as a "Portable Device/Digital Camera" on the device/drive lists.

I tried all the USB ports, reconnected it several times, reset my computer and the iPod but still no luck. I tried uninstalling the current driver in hopes that iTunes will download the proper one when I reconnect it but the same old Digital Camera driver ends up getting reinstalled every time. Anyone where who can help me out with this before I end up breaking this useless piece of shit device into two?

Also, how do I install the correct drivers?

(The old iPod touch and iPods have always worked properly on this computer - and still do. With the exception of this one. My uncle's friend downloaded some of the first few songs before they handed it to me to download the rest and someone I think the guy fucked it up.)
