I'm immune to milk's apparent side effects.
I voted for the 3rd option, except I do drink milk by itself about once a day.

I don't eat ice cream that much and don't like chocolate milk. Sue me.
However, I do drink milk once or twice a day, not including the milk in my cereal.

Quote: Almost all Asians and Native Americans are lactose intolerant, and up to 80% of African Americans and Hispanic Americans also have symptoms of lactose intolerance. Their ancestors did not eat dairy foods, so their bodies were not prepared to digest dairy, and they passed these genes on from generation to generation.

What It all comes down to people is this, how natural is it really for a human being to drink a liquid that comes out of the teet of a cow, a completely different mammal.

I drink so much milk that it mixes with the phlem that I have from smoking and makes me cough up some nasty shit on occasion.
Man I love milk. 2% fat is preferred when I'm drinking it just for something to drink like others would soda, and whole milk if it's with a meal or cookies or with chocolate milk or something like that.
Drink AT LEAST a tall glass a day, usually alot more though.
This coming from the guy who has broken his collar bone 3 times. Ahahaha.

Wow, I didn't expect so many replies, so quickly.
For the record, I don't drink milk, but I put it in my cereal and consume other dairy.
Chocolate milk gives me gas, haven't had it since the first grade.

Lactose intolerant. But I can eat cheese in small quantites and sometime roll the dice and eat ice cream.
Soy milk is not very good as a substitute.

Same. I can have a cup of milk periodically / have a bowl of cereal etc without problem.
Just not... a bowl of cereal and icecream. Or two days in a row.
