woo i just got a promotion without pay increase i guess u can say ..im a customer care rep for an insurance company based in oklahoma ..for 6 weeks i went through training ..and then for 3.5 months i went to an "academy" for coaching..and just today as of 2 hours ago i was moved out onto the "floor" where you are now considered an equal with others ^^ i start getting bonuses in my check in 3 weeks which is cool..im sitting next to new people and it is weird having all the "pros" around me . i gotta be on my game cause i know their listening to the newbie take calls :"D anyways love my new seat

Sweet dude, congrats. As someone who places high value and emphasis on not only good but great customer care and support, I hope you do your job well. Cos trust me, if you're so much as slightly rude to the wrong customer, they will make you regret it.
