Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a cable modem? Mines starting to mess up and i havnt really stayed up to date on the modem market. Need something that can support some good speeds also. So any recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Where i'm at you can't *buy* modems. All the ISPs supply their own modems, and their service isn't capatible with any other modems.

You can either lease or buy...

What's nice about it is they offer free upgrades with new models. I recently just traded mine in for a new modem, then they came over upgraded my phone service to VOIP, installed a new model for the VOIP and the internet.

They also give out norton for free.

We can buy ours if we want, far as i know they support D-Link and Motorolla, and A-Bit i think. Im using the one you lease for $5 now which is a POS.
