I couldn't even imagine the pain he endured. But I do find it funny that a friend handed it back to Mr Jones saying: "That's yours." and at the end she says, "I am in no way a violent person."

Your nuts must be more fragile than I thought...if a women could rip it off just by "pulling hard", it is a weak organ indeed.

It was obviously intentional. If it was "accidental" she would have been horrified at the fact that she took off her husband's left nut. Why would she try to swallow it ie. do anything with it in the first place?
