Well we all listen to certain music for a reason. So how do your songs relate to your life?
The main one that sticks out for me is
Papa Roach: Scars
It relates to my life because thats the relationship between my mother and sister(in the non sexual way). My mother keeps giving my sister chances and she just throwing them in her face.
I have memories with a thousand songs, some are strong, some arent. But it's mainly because i listen to music everywhere i go. From punkrock and rock to hardstyle. From r&b to feckin hardcore. Love it all as long as their good songs.
My favorite song of all time changes every week, i can't think of a song with a powerful memorie but this song sure gives me a decent memorie that i'd like to keep to myself. Shivers down my spine.
Lightning Crashes - Live, Although its a song I had with my ex, it still has a special place in my heart. High - Lighthouse Family, If I'm down, this song will always make me smile again. Tonight - Westlife, a song that is VERY special to me ^_^
Yeah, all boo hoo, but I was in a similar situation to this and it makes me think of that. But, really it's just a bad ass song that i want my band to cover
And, for a more recent song that I think applies to me more overall. This is one of my favorite songs of all time and it still gives me chills. Play this at my funeral please!
I live in a cave, carry around a torch and an axe. I spit fire and chop down trees and pig heads as a hobby, wear corpse-paint 24/7 and play the same fast riff on my guitar non stop.
Too many situations, too many songs, music is my life.
Feel alot like that, always have different kinds of music flowing out of my headphones depending on how i feel. Right now listening to Air, Moon Safari so i can relax and think things over that need to be thought over >.>

I listen to alot of different stuff. rap, hip-hop, techno, hardstyle, industrial, electro, rock, pop.
depend of how I feel. If I feel tired i'll listen to sad or calm song. if I wanna jump around cause im full of energy imma listen to hardstyle, if I'm horny I'll listen to trance or pop. When i working out I listen to rap most of the time.

alot of songs by insomnium relate to me. They write alot of songs about losing loved ones, i lost quite a few family members while i was still young, it even affected my school life and i dropped quite a bit during one year because of it. Also recently found out one of my aunties has cancer although now im older, i think i will be able to handle it better.
I also used to have quite a short temper when i was younger but somehow aggressive music has seemed to make my temper longer. I can enjoy my anger when it is coupled with music, and if i get really angry i can dust off my guitar, get a few friends round and let the anger out as music.
Music plays such a great part in my life i can even remember the first time i ever heard a song when i play it. No matter how insignificant the moment was the music brings back the memory. Kinda annoying though when some songs remind me of playing silkroad...
just off the top of my head...anything tupac stands out to me. i cant really pinpoint just one song. i have to go with him because i know all about the struggle. i grew up in the south bronx in a shiity ass housing project. if that wasn't bad enough, factor in being the only white kid in the neighborhood. i did what i had to to survive. i stole, i sold drugs, i hung around all the wrong people. even if his exact words don't match, the meaning behind it always hits home...

I feel a lot of outkast and goodie mob songs more than anything else.
