Heart attack thingie...

omg I dunno if you guy already had this, i got one last year and this Farking freaked me out. It feel like an electic shock in your heart then get to your lungs and finally all your chest hurt, last time like my whole body was kinda paralysed on the left side, everytime I moved my arm or my leg I though I was about to die -_-

well I'm talking about this cause I just got one like 30 minute ago and it's still hurting, but not as much as it was the first time. I remember i've been searching about this on the net last year it's called Crampe intercostale in french with is something like Inter-ribs cramp lul. You get this from too much stress or accumulated stres, wich is really possible since I've been stressed alot those last days -_-

Last time it lasted like a fuckin whole week, couldn't do anything physical, had trouble breathing :banghead:

anyone already got this? anyone know what I should do to get rid of it? I don't want it to last a week -_- should I go see a doctor or something?

kinda had some stuff planned this week wich will require my potatoe to pump alot of juice. :cry:

Pfft doctors who needs them...

I recommend you stay away from drugs for awhile.

When my shoulders were injured I was overdosing on Advil and yet still swimming laps each day...Pretty soon I had trouble breathing and my pulse went from 19 (10 secs) after warm down to about 31 which is pretty ridiculous.

im pretty sure it's not a heart attack, well the first time I though it was one, cause I freaked out and thing just got worse.

and I've been looking on the net and lot of people are talking about this as in an heart cramp, wich isn't an attack and not dangerous and they all name the same symptoms. This is why im not really scared, since I already experienced it lol.

but now it's just a hurting a bit and seem to clam down as I relax, and as in doctor I mean is there any meds I could get for this? would advil help or something?

haven't been on drug for like 1 months and a half.

Calm down. Its unlikely to be a heart attack. Go pick up the phone and dial for an appointement to see a Dr. If you couldnt see one in time before your plan, walk to the Emergency Department at the first instance, and get seen.

Making a diagnosis over the internet is futile. You need to be seen properly at a clinic or hospital.

Hart cramp is far from not dangerous and also needs medical care.

Yes you can get drugs for them, but you'll need a prescription afaik.

I had the same thing a few months ago.

I went to the doctor and he said it was nothing to worry about and ended our conversation there. GG

Please post what your doc told you, I'm still worried also lol

don't act like a doctor and search the cure on the net. it was on the dutch news a few weeks ago and it can be dangerous to find a cure yourself. just go to the doctor, he studied for curing people.

Caused by stress =] if you have an atack like that again, put your hands on your stomacke and focus on breathing.

And ofcource go see a doctor ^^ im only telling what i know here, the doctor studied for it and will probs know more ^^

doctor is for sissy, nha seriously it's Farking complicated over here to see a doc, healthcare is kinda slow, it's free but slow <_<

I dont know if you are stressed for what ever reason, only if you are and its Anxiety the doctor will basicly tell you the same, try to relax a little, and when you have it Lay down, put hands on stomack and focus on breating.

I had it myself aswell, it can really scare you ^^
But since i cant say 100% sure it is the same for you, go visit a doctor anyway =P in a while ... coz of your slow healthcare system ? lol

I used to frequently have the same symptoms you do and they still pop up from time to time but i asked my doctor and she said it was nothing to worry about.

Doctor said a heart attack will feel like your chest is full or something like that, you wont have any sharp pains if its the real thing

my dad died of a heart attack so dont worry about it cause if you actually had 2 of them you would deffinately know about it
