Looked at email just now and

Code:
Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Help Desk. Reinstalling Cabal should fix this issue. If not, please send us your dxdiag.txt file so we can see your system's settings.

To get the dxdiag.txt file:

# click on Start
# click on Run
# type dxdiag then press enter
# click the Save All Information button

Please attach the report in a new Help Desk by selecting a Help Desk category with a "#" next to it. A empty field will appear where you can browse and attach the file to the Help Desk. Please do not copy and paste the report as it is too big to fit in the message box.

I guess to have good support you must pay for it :)

So how does this prove their support sucks. Most support reps will request a dxdiag to see if theres any conflicts on your PC.

How does this prove their support sucks? Besides, I don't even think JM replies to emails at all.

I'm not trying to use this as an excuse but, OG Planet does not have GMs and technical support just for Cabal, meaning their staff also works on other games. You say it took them a month to give you the solution but the solution they gave you in the email was already posted on their forums in February.
