i try to login and it has error " 80048831 " and it says theres a problem with my ID ( which is typed in correctly btw )

I found that it means ur password has caducated, if you have the 72 days password change, u have to reset out ur password, and next time dont check the box Modify pw every 72 days

I get that error most of the time make sure your time and date are set to your correct area cause if it isnt for zsome reason the mesenger give syou that error
