i officially lost 50 pounds today

took about 5~6 months of not really being serious about it, but i lost it. went from 6'0 205 lbs. to 6'2 155 lbs.

I lost 15kg too and took me like 8 months, went from 82 to 68.
It's really a hard workd to lose weight, Congratulations!
