Maybe you should reinstall (I think it's shockwave) the program that's used to run the Youtube videos.

Try reinstalling the Flash player, maybe that'll help

Sometimes its your internet connection. I was stuck cuz smoe guy was downloading porn downstairs with the same problem when I was watching Project Runway shows. So go beat him up if somebody's in ur basement.

If your using Mozzila Firefox then just re install it sometimes my firefox has youtube problems.

Try reinstalling Adobe Flash (and by doing that, I mean uninstall it first, then go to the main site and redownload/install).
