trying to set up a server wide trade run

anyone know any guilds with good unions that can help me set it up?

im in a guild but only lvl 1 so no union and it seems that all the other servers are doing this so i want to try and organize something like that

Something of the sort already been tried, and we got lots of traders. However we split up because someone said go when they shouldnt zzz. Therefore, my union has decided to rob any server trade run set up from now on.
