ok, so 1 weapon and 1 force masteries is gonna be terrible for a chinese build at 140 (or 150), but only when compared to presence of euro and their mastery system. if there was only chinese, every build will have their preferred meat in pvp. so my thoughts ... just a speculation ... jm will keep 300 limit for mastery, but there may be a modified mastery calculation system for chinese, example : 1weapon + 1force + 1 weapon or force maxed to 140 (or 150) but still counted as 280 (or 300).

Ok I like chinese chars but is there proof in the pk2 that euro's will not get new skills that is just kind of stupid to say in my opinion cause chinese are slowly getting new skills in updates. and when you say euro's won't get new skills, honestly when I read that made me think you were saying they won't get any upgrades either, making it sound like euro's will be just support chars at "final" cap. but yeah it's obvious to say they will get upgrades for their skills and what not so nevermind, I just didn't read into your post enough. I'm addicted to sro, but I hope i quit before it gets to the final cap lol

Meh, in the end, it won't matter that much anyways. Euros still level up their skills, so defense buffs, passives [such as the crit increase for 2h], the damage output for DD [since you are using 2h warrior as an example here,] cleric buffs, and bard buffs will still keep everything balanced in the euro's favor. Sure, 5 + 6 arrow knockback is a bitch to deal with, but it's more then manageable. A 2h warrior against an archer will definitely be screwed, but an archer that knows how to play at this cap, can use just the 5 arrow knockback to cancel out DD's to begin with. As for the blader debuffs, yet again meh, holy spell prevents most of it. As for newer, faster, and more damaging [% wise] skills. Heuksai: New wolfbite [no status, 3 hits at 106%], new windless [actually less damage then the book before it], a 6-hit chain [worthless in pvp anyways], and a new spear throw which actually looks promising. So all in all, Heuksai is getting nothing cept a spear throw [2 hits 180%, not sure if each], Bow: Another anti-devil [same % damage, just more crit,] another knockback arrow book [actually looks useful, have seen it in pvp on ksro too; annoying as hell], new berserker arrow [same %, just burn + darkness], and a new strongbow [same %, stun, and 15c increase.] Blade: new smash book [3 hits, bleed], 6 hit chain [Dull, Fear, Stun] So, Heuksai barely gains anything, blade gets a fun new chain, and bow gets a 6 arrow knockback book that doesn't share a cooldown with the 5 arrow knockback book. In comparison: The warrior's Sprint Assault at 100 has 72% knockback and 33% stun. 2h also have a 10c increase now. The warlock's reflect is 120%. And I probably don't need to say this, but euros in parties only get sicker as well. Bard buffs sit at 42% dmg increase for phys and mag, while the absorbs sit at 44%. Stack on top of the warrior's pain quota at 75%, and the fences at 66% and good luck dealing with a euro party. tl;dr Euros might not get many new skills [rogue does], but their skills still keep on leveling and they'll still keep on kicking ass if played right. *NOTE* Chinese, unless they cut into another mastery, will have to dump whatever little they had of their fourth. iow; A lot of str users will loose their 20% mana shield.

i think chinese players are going to suck for a while, it'll be hard to adapt to less trees, especially for the nukers. only 2 trees = no bicheon/hueskal or no ice(lolol 1 hit dead)

I'd be totally fine with the 300 cap if what they did was give us 2 masteries to choose to complete as well as 2 additional book sets from any of the other masteries that we didn't pick (total of 2 mix and match, not 2 from each other mastery). That way you could get that snowshield you want if you're a nuker, or have the phys. buff from fire if you wanted to be an ice blader etc.
