i heard only wa build will get new attack skills and other builds will just lvl up the skills but nothing new added to the skills.

If there ever is a new skill added, it's basically the same as an older version, but it's just AoE. Other new skills are just leveled higher with a different animation. Not so different with Chinese skills really.
