what is wrong with ctf..

my ctf has been bugged all 8 times ive trying to play, i tried yesterday and today and its either no monsters at all or (2) level 45 birds ( im only level 30 )and they dont even drop a key..joymax FTL! FAIL ON CTF EVENT
