Just guessing:

It probably indicates that he's playing in an internet cafe. People who do (in kSRO) get exp/sxp bonus around 100%+.

well i'm just throwing a bone right here, since starbucks is EVERYWHERE,

and mostly it have like internetz connextionz.

Oh and yeah imagine a SRO players all crowed a Quickly BOBA SHOP,
