The male one seems very close to 8D prot without the black feathers and gay hat+attachment. I'd buy the carnival for female, but the feathers ruin it.

female garms yes,

i only use my devil wings on my bower, when i get bored of waiting to hit 69 to switch to garms, ive seen enough of my 7D protector set which looks unbalanced with the moonbow..

As someone already said, it's dance. But not a lot of people know how to use it. You need a second bard to do tambour first so make sure you have a friend with you.
