-->1h/shield all skill max up to lv 24. and another -->Axe max skill up to lvl 21 Cleric -->Heal res and the Pills skill(;P)
i keep trying to figure it out what is more stronger 1h or axe.. and yesterday before i max my skill up to 24 i try to chck what is more stronger... and i bought npc lv 16 1h and axe... then test it at megalopa..... and WTF it's the same and 1h is better because of defense from shield.. and i realized OMFG why i put skill on my axe i just spent my SP!!!! bring it back !!!!
lol am i right for 1h that it is more stronger than axe? I'm just asking for some Ideas or better to be continue.... and i put Poll so i can get more easier to pick..
The warrior is a party based build/class so 1H skills are a must because it makes the warrior a better tanker benefiting the party, also it doesn't have knockdown skills, allowing the wizards non-delayed kills. Some schools of thought also class it as the best soloer.
2H is a soloer imo, it has knockdown, knockback and good damage, so it can hit high with a 50% chance of knocking the mob back, it has some great skills.
Axe is different depending on who you ask, I personally have no exp, but after looking at some of they're skills they offer some very nice statuses and STUN!

I think is best 1h sword, no much damage, but his knock-back attack with his shield is the best, and can dull! Axe only can Blood and... Stunt?, im not sure but I preffer defense than attack.
as i expirience yesterday it has the same attack power IN that lvl. dont think they have MUCH different base on attacks. im sux in switching weapon while attack.. still dont know what is better 1h or axe its still getting my head twist! WTF!

For party play you need to go dual axes or 1handed, most people use 2handed for pvp and jobwars. Good thing from dual axes is that it doesnt have knockback or knockdown, better for party play. But, you are the tanker, and you will need a shield ;D
Get all 3 [1h, 2h, DA] they come in handy: You got 1h/shield for tanking and adding dull status, you have DA for adding bleed and stun, and 2h for dealing damage.

The passives from 1h and DA both have added physical defense; only thing the DA passives have are: AR [attack rating] increase, and the one that reduces status effects; And on the other side 1h has the CPR [critical parry ratio] and BR [blocking ratio] increases.
However, what Pan_Raider said, ALL warrior weapons have "added" damage onto certain skills when the opponent/mob is under a certain status: i.e., stun and dull status. With Stun/dull status the skills from 1h that have added damage are Cunning and Double stab, from 2h Triple swing and it's predecessor book, etc., etc.
But to get back OT: DA and 1h are basically in around the same area as it goes for damage dealing, however, DA does have Bleed status which lowers opponent's/mob's defense enabling you to deal more damage.

That should give you an idea of each weapons pros and cons. 1h has defense. 2h is for killing quick. DA is for tanking many while killing many.
1h, pop vital increase and start tanking. 2h, activate warcry and kill ASAP. DA, throw up skins and take on the world.

OnT: DA can deal more damage in matters of seconds at later levels, add on bleed and it's an int killer. DA's main advantage over 1h is the cancels, with a lot of stun probability it's kind of tough to keep up with it. DA lacks the most favored of all though imo, which is DULL status. With dull not only will you be given extra damage, but it also serves as your " ice " effect. while enemy is slowed, you are given a momentary damage increase with warrior attacks ( not all ).
The 1h compliments the cleric sub. I would stick with 1h/cleric. I am one myself if you need help with the build pm me ^^
