start --> run --> cmd
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
load silkroadonline.net , should work.
If not, unplug your modem + router and turn off pc for 1 minute; then boot everything up and it should work.
If not after that it's either a software issue or the path you use to connect to silkroad is down / high latency .. anyway, just try those things and if they don't work I'll give you more suggestions.
