have you already tried to use paypal today or not? Also try it with a different account and see if it pops up...if not i dont know what to tell you

Are you lvl 20 or higher? Have you charged with paypal today already? Have you accidently got out of the paypal window while buying silk? Read the first part under *Notice reguarding paypal.

I have the EXACT same problem
and I already have waited atleast 1 week in hopes of seeing the paypal option
I finally suck F*** it and registered with click and buy (USD)

*edit*
just checked right now
still no paypal option

still no paypal option


be careful with click and buy there not to be trusted
they charged me for $11 wich i never spend
tried to call them they dont pick up (more then 20 times)
mailed them no reaction
so i didnt bother to react to there the mail i got
2 months later
havnt heard from them anymore

just a friendly warning be carefull with em
