The quest is accesory material 3.
After you're finished with the 1st and the 2nd part, JinJin gives you a tool with wich you have to get Bi young. You need to go to b3, find one of the four "DO" rooms, and then in the middle of the room you will see a bluish columb. You go near it and when you ude the tool (you will have 30) you will get Bi youngs. You need 10 bi yung in order to finish the quest.
