Here is the deal. Some of you said that cool, experienced players are banned from this forum so the forum is less interesting. Now, go to other forums where they are going and show us why it is better, what subject they are talking about, etc... ?

Think about it, is there anything left to really discuss about SRO? Any new game-breaking mechanics? No, when Islam or new skills are added there will be discussions all over the place. Until then, sit back and enjoy the commercials or take a break. The game is dying, it's been dying for a long time; the sections related to SRO will die with it, it's natural.
reasons why i vote for GD's name to be changed into /b/

The game has already been dying since botting became rampant, but that never stopped forum activity here on GD. Guess what caused the decline in forum activity?
lack of new content, users like these above derailing threads, and the slow and painful death of silkroad online.

Just look at M3KOS, Brak and asusi having fun in a thread instead of actually discussing its contents. Insulting them will just turn this topic into a spam fest, so I ll just put it up like this hopefully they will have some understanding and know that their contribution is no where above zero. Some people don't even know what a discussion is anyways.

Time for Ryoko to take down the site then too since it's a silkroadforum after all >.>
Shut up nitro
No need to take the site down. If anything, move the entire website to a new domain if it gets to the point where there is absolutely zero SRO-related content on these forums.

well GD has died, and all of SRF, but thats how all forums end up, this is mah second forum and I hope it doesnt die for another 2 years but shit happens I guess, and I do remember the good ol' days, lol GD was full wen the euros game out XD
I havent logged into SRF more than a couple times since Aion started. I think the forum reflects what is happening in SRO. It's nothing but botters and aholes. Alot of both post here and make it so that regular players/visitors dont really want to join in.

SRO won't be active again until 2 things happen, and that will lead to SRF GD becoming more active again.
1). They need to give players an incentive to play from level 1. With a level 100 Cap, any new player that wants to play, will just give up. At least with myself, I enjoyed jobbing, guild wars and such at the level cap. I just level and level until I get to cap, and then do PvP, and I know I'm not the only one.
So for a new player, getting to level 100 in Silkroad is almost like thinking about climbing Mount Everest with no experience, no oxygen tanks and no guide. Cause it would literally take that long...
And then for the thousands of older players who quit because of various reasons. Players like myself, our characters are now banned, so we would have to start from level 1 again. So Joymax would need to provide a massive incentive for new an old player to play again, and improve leveling and SP Farming.
2) The obvious having to do with bots...
So yes, until then I don't think GD will be revived to it's former self.

I read all the topics, only respond when I feel I can contribute something positive. Usually if there is a question someone beat me to the answer. I don't feel the need to spam useless stuff here and waste peoples time
