im confused everybody says so many diffrent things about roc... lets set things straight. Where does he spawn? and has anyone ever killed him on isro? :banghead:

But because you're new with only 6 posts, I'll answer your question so google directs you to the answer (back to this thread)
He spawns in the Eyrie of the Roc, which to get to you teleport from the center of Roc Mountain. Nobody in iSRO ever has, or ever will kill Roc until he is Nerfed, and people actually learn how to party/press stop training on their bot and actually do something other than PvP.

hmm as far as i know:
Spawn in special area open once a week Gate of Ruler i think its thursday 11:00AM
Every x mins his power increases by 10%

Not able to say more but the let me google it for you doesnt help too much here
